ADISA OLUWASEGUN

Adisa Oluwasegun has over seven years working experience.

He has worked with Odi-Olowo Ojuwoye Local Council Development Area, year 2012 (NYSC) in the Finance Unit with Sole responsibility of:

He later proceeded to Euromega Atlantic Nigeria Limited Finance Department in September 2014, where he worked across various units as payable accountant, receivable accountant and treasury accountant.

He resigned from EuroMega in February 2019 to join Snow financial services Ltd in March 2019 in Account department.

He holds a Higher Diploma in Accounting from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos Oct.2011. He is a Student member, Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN).

Adisa Oluwasegun has attended trainings on accounting software packages like; System Application & Products (SAP) R3. And Financial Management Application (FMA) respectively.

EZEBUIRO IJEOMA VICAR

Ezebuiro Ijeoma Vicar has working experience for over 5years.

She has worked as a commerce and Business Studies teacher with Annunciation Catholic College, Esan Central, Edo State (2012-2013) during her National Youth Services Corps.

Further proceeded to Snow Microfinance Bank Limited (June 2014- Feb 2019) where she worked in various department in operations from Teller to Customer service, Fund’s transfer and credit and marketing.

She is currently heads the Operations Department of Snow Financial Services Limited (An Associate Company to Snow Microfinance Bank).

She holds a B.Sc (Hons) Degree in Banking and Finance from University of Lagos (UNILAG) (2012).

 HEAD CREDIT AND MARKETING

OLUWOLE OGUNDELE

‘Wole Ogundele currently works as the Head, Credit & Marketing Department of Snow Financial Services Limited. He joins the institution in April 2019.

Wole Ogundele has 19+ years’ work experience and has spent the last fourteen years in the broad spectrum of the Nigerian financial Industry.

He spent ten of those fourteen years at Fidelity Bank Plc in the Corporate Banking Directorate where he managed various key accounts in Large Corporates and Multinationals Division, Food and Beverages Division, He was also Value Chain Manager in FMCG Division.

He moved to Risk Management Directorate where he worked in the Loan Portfolio Monitoring and Reporting Unit and in Credit Analysis Unit.

Prior to joining Fidelity bank Plc, he worked in UAC of Nigeria where he held various Sales and Marketing functions for the Personal and Household brands and paint business in Nigeria and West African market.

 

His specific value adding competencies include:

He has attended several courses in Banking, Finance Leadership, Management, Sales and Marketing, Information Technology.

LUQMAN ABIDEMI AJAO

Mr. Luqman Abidemi Ajao is a graduate of Marketing from Kwara state Polytechnic, Ilorin and also holds an MBA in International Marketing at University of Calabar. He is an Associate of Microfinance Chartered Banker’s (MCIB).  He attended School of Africa Microfinance Bank (SAM) in Mombassa, Kenya in 2017.

 He started his career with The Guardian Newspaper in the area of advert dept between 1998 and 2000. He moved to Guaranty Trust Bank in 2003 where he started his banking career in the administration department of the bank. In the same year, he moved to UBA/Standard Trust Bank in the operations department where he worked in all units of operations including Forex (Western Union and Moneygram). In search of acquiring more experience in the banking industry, he moved to Intercontinental Bank Plc in 2006 to 2012. While in Intercontinental Bank, he worked in operations, Risk Management and Marketing before he resigned and took up an appointment with De Whyse Ventures as the Managing Director coordinating all the operations and marketing activities.

In August 2015 he joined Euro Mega Atlantic Nigeria Limited as Team Lead Audit and Compliance, he resigned in February 2016 to join Snow Microfinance Bank as the Group head of Credit and Marketing department. He spent 3 years with the microfinance bank before Snow finance was established in 2019, he was appointed the General Manager of Snow Financial Services from 2019 to date.

MD/CEO 

Femi Okanlawon

Femi Okanlawon is a highly skilled leader, passionate about technology with extensive international training and exposure, a resourceful entrepreneurial administrator with broad technical knowledge and industry experience spanning, Information Technology, Telecommunication, Product Development, Project Management, Retail Banking, Mortgage Banking, Construction Finance and Management.

 

He is a Computer Science graduate with a Masters (MSc) also in Computer Science, bagged a MBA majoring in International Business and  he is also an alumnus of the prestigious Said Business School of the Oxford University, UK.

 

President, Lending Hands Initiative and Vice-President, Digital Peers International (DPI) both NGOs empowering and helping poor people through training, mentorship and Micro lending and involved in promoting computer literacy and education amongst children.

 

He joined Oceanic Bank Plc in 2002 was once the CEO of Oceanic Homes Savings & Loans Ltd (the Mortgage Subsidiary of Oceanic Bank Plc) from April 2006 to October 2007.  He has been the Managing Director/CEO of Snow Microfinance Bank Limited since 2009 to February 2019.

 

He is the pioneer MD/CEO of Snow financial services Limited.
